about me

I grew up disconnected from my creativity.

As a young girl I was taught to value practicality over curiosity and imagination. For a long time, I measured my life by achievement instead of alignment.

I became good at achieving. In high school, I was a competitive 10-meter platform diver. Then a life sciences student working with gene therapies. I was proud of these things, but I didn’t know who I was underneath it all.

I moved to Australia for two years with no real plan. I needed to experience myself outside performance-based environments to help me uncover more of who I am as a Human.

I’m grateful for the variety of paths my life has taken. Diving taught me how to take risks. Science taught me to pursue work with real human impact. Australia taught me to trust myself.

These chapters have completely informed who I am today as a creative: Endlessly curious. Direct. Optimistic! Reflective. Deep conversation haver and cheeky banter lover.

If any of this resonates, let's chat (deeply!)
